Begin Therapy 

Sessions are divided into two sections talk therapy Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. Depending on your circumstances, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) elements may be used to tailor the session to your specific needs.

How we approach Hypnosis

We invite you to find a comfortable quiet space.

We gently guide you into a relaxed state where you can enjoy resting in a trance state. The trance script is tailored to your specific needs and includes elements of the solution focused questions we discussed as well as metaphors and emphasis on particular words to help your mind focus and further absorb and reflect on the things that have been discussed during the session. The trance part acts as a catalyst to help your mind to make peace with the past, cope with where you are now, and achieve the goals you have set.

You are the expert on your own life, the brain will take the learnings it needs to reframe your future, helping you to see a clear and more positive perspective and refine the goals you wish to achieve. With areas such as sports performance for example, confidence, and excellence, the trance session would focus on refinement of your performance.

If you are working on a specific phobia the process works in a similar way, but the sessions do take a slightly different approach which we will go through in the phone consultation.
